Extrafine Merino Wool Merino wool gets its name from the Merino sheep, a special breed of animal prized for its super-soft wool. Extrafine merino is one of the best grades of wool available from Merino sheep. The hairs that make up Extrafine Merino fibre are thinner and softer than most wools, making Extrafine Merino perfect for next to skin wear. In fact, our Extrafine Merino is some of the finest, most exclusive quality available. Cloud-like and breathable, Merino wool is a popular favorite among dyers and knitters alike, for its ease in dying and wearing.
Royal Alpaca Royal Alpaca is the best in its class. Supremely soft and warm, it is the 24 carat gold of alpaca fibre. Hand sorted according to strict standards, we reserve only the softest alpaca fiber for our Royal Alpaca yarns.
Mulberry Silk Mulberry Silk is made from the cocoon of the mulberry silkworm. Silk fibres have a triangular, prism-like structure that refracts light, lending a shimmering, glowy appearance to the yarn. Silk is a protein fibre that takes dye brilliantly. Silk radiates with any color you choose to dye.
